§ 3 Services

Ceiling Mork provides residential electrical services to property owners and occupants in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas. The services currently offered are described on the Solutions page of this website and include Home Layout Review, Room-by-Room Fitting Refresh, and Panel Layout Service.

Service descriptions on this website are provided for general guidance. The scope of work for any particular engagement will be confirmed during or prior to the scheduled visit. We reserve the right to decline a service request at our discretion, including where site conditions make it impractical or unsafe to proceed.

All electrical work carried out by Ceiling Mork is performed in accordance with applicable Malaysian standards and regulations. Technicians engaged by Ceiling Mork are registered with the relevant authorities where required by law.

§ 4 Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting a contact form or calling us constitutes an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only when we have contacted you to agree on a date and time, and you have confirmed that arrangement.

We will endeavour to respond to all enquiries within one business day. Response times may vary during public holidays or periods of high demand.

You are responsible for ensuring that access to the property is available at the agreed time. Where access cannot be provided at the confirmed appointment time without prior notice, a rescheduling may be required.

§ 5 Pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative and reflect standard service scope. Final pricing for a specific engagement may differ where the scope differs materially from the standard description — for example, in properties with unusual configurations or requiring preparatory work not included in the standard service.

All prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). USD equivalents shown are approximate and provided for reference only; they are not contractual.

We will confirm the applicable price before commencing any work. You will not be charged for work you have not agreed to.

§ 6 Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us as early as possible by telephone or email. We appreciate advance notice of at least 24 hours where practicable.

We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment due to circumstances outside our control, including technician unavailability or inclement weather. We will notify you promptly in such cases and arrange an alternative time.

§ 7 Liability

We take care to perform all work to a good standard. Where a fault arises that is attributable to workmanship carried out by Ceiling Mork, we will attend to remedy it without additional charge, provided you notify us within a reasonable period and the fault has not been caused or exacerbated by subsequent interference or misuse.

Our liability to you is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website, from delayed appointments, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

§ 8 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, layout, and design — is owned by or licensed to Ceiling Mork. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent.
