What does the Home Layout Review actually cover?
The review covers an examination of your distribution panel, a walk-through of your lighting and power circuits, outlet testing in each room, and observations about anything that warrants attention. At the end, you receive a written plan-style summary — laid out to help you understand how your installation is structured, not to sell you further work.
How long does each service typically take?
The Home Layout Review typically takes around two hours for a standard terrace or apartment. The Room-by-Room Fitting Refresh varies with the number of rooms and fittings involved — we'll discuss timing before the visit. The Panel Layout Service typically takes four hours on site for a standard residential board.
Do I need to be present during the visit?
We prefer that an adult resident is present, particularly at the start of any visit. It gives us the chance to discuss what you've noticed, answer any questions as work proceeds, and walk you through the summary at the end. If that's not possible for part of the visit, we'll make arrangements that work for you.
